Automatically Collected Data: When you access or use our App, we automatically collect analytical data via Google Firebase Analytics to monitor app performance and crash reports (Crashlytics). This tells us how the App is operating on your device but does not expose your personal documents or unassociated data.

Local Data: To provide 100% offline functionality, quiz progress and "Mistake Notebook" history are stored locally on your device unless you choose to register and sync it.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App.
• Process in-app purchases through Google Play Billing.
• Sync your quiz scores and progress if you opt-in to registration.
• Respond to your comments, questions, and provide customer service.

By downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

2. In-App Purchases
The App offers an optional "Lifetime Access" in-app purchase. In-app purchases are processed securely by Google Play. Once the purchase is made, it unlocks the designated content permanently for the purchasing Google account.

3. Intellectual Property
All questions, rationales, app design, and trademarks are the intellectual property of the Mega Bar Reviewer development team and may not be copied, modified, or extracted without permission.

4. Disclaimer
The App is an educational tool designed to assist with bar exam preparation. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that using the app will result in a passing score on the Uniform Bar Examination (UBE).
